"Learning to Fly" finished!

Finally put the last 3 bolts in Learning to Fly this morning. Have left the large block there which doesn't seem keen to move. If concerned about clipping the fourth bolt (in the middle of the block) then you can protect below and above the block with small wires/cams. As earlier mentioned, the orignal line traverses right along the crack and then up to the upper face to avoid pulling the triangular bulge. With permission from R. Masters two new bolts straight through the bulge exsist giving a direct line - to be possibly called Learning to Fly Direct!?? Either way should be an awesome testpiece for the stronger climbers in Perth. Enjoy. 12 P's - Hilte RE500 finishing at the same double P anchor as Barren Awakening.

Richard, you truly are a gift from the climbing Gods.

Your contribution to putting up new routes around Perth and the rest of the state is very much appreciated!

Even if I'm not good enough to climb them ;)

Thanks man - but just to clarify I only re-bolt old lines that other legendary climbers have put up long before me. Cheers

Seriously - I had a wicked time this weekend on a few of the routes Ricardo and Nick have put in the hard yards on. Much appreciated amigos. Looking foward to getting reamed on this latest installment
