It's been that way for several years. Fortunately it's quite large and has held up well. so far.

Yes, it was damaged when DEC were doing the concreting above it cca 2003. There is one bent bolt and one healthy one. Taken altogether it still looked acceptable to me when I last did it 12mths ago.
